What outer diameter typically is the cable used for the VOR and Glideslope antennae? 1/4"?

I just measures some RG400 I had - 0.200" diameter.

Is it true that RG58 and RG400 are the same diameter? It seems that information I'm finding about Coax crimps is that they use the same die size.
