Re: Oshkosh 2016 planning

Holy Cow I'm looking forward to Oshkosh again! Can't wait to meet those of you I haven't and catch up with those of you I know. My liver is cringing at the thought of running into CJ. We're not making the Otter this year--No point in turning my 1 and 3 year olds (the reasons I've missed 3 years run...

My wife and I will be camping in HBC this year. Good luck getting her away from the field though. It may be a bad thing that she's so interested. She's trying to talk me out of an RV-10 if our family expands. Instead she wants a Moose with a radial engine. The things we do for love....

With my CH grips, the trim hat at the top of the stick was directly under the edge of the panel in level cruise. I would expect the Infinity stick to be similar. The be...

I don't think I saw the plastic in the kit either. Their retention block didn't look like it would do much, and I've never actually seen one installed. I installed a small retractable pin that I could engage or disengage depending on whether or not I wanted the midpoint stop.

How is that even possible? :wtf: I've got 130 hours on my RV and I still don't have everything I "need".

We're planning on being wheels up at 06:00 MDT. Assuming good weather and a fuel stop we should be at KOSH by 14:00 CDT. Staying in homebuilt camping. Come find us! This will be my second time to Osh and my first time flying in. Also my longest cross country in this: http://speed3guy.smugmug.com/pho...

Does anyone have room in a car for the SWMBO and I? We're not renting one, and the motorcycle won't fit in the plane, so we will need a ride.

Wow--you've turned ProSeal into some sort of art medium! I'm feeling really bad about myself now--I only thought I was picky. (My wife uses a different work to describe me--it begins with the letter "A") I'm gonna have to go flying now, just to get my self confidence back! Nice work. Guy
