The Rivetbangers store is now open for business!

Post by spikescopilot »

I've created a store at CafePress and filled it with nifty rivetbangers.com gear. In the interest of full disclosure, I thought I'd let you guys know, we're making zero profit off of this -- the prices you see are the actual cost of the items. :o The website has been pretty affordable for us thus far and we just love doing this. If we ever have a need to change the pricing (if bandwidth gets too expensive, etc), we'll let you know. :)

I ordered a XXL grey shirt, a tank top, a mug, and a hat in order to make sure the quality was up-to-snuff. It all arrived yesterday, and I was very pleased with everything. I haven't checked all of the other products, so it's "at your own risk", however, I have no reason to believe that they would be anything but top notch. CafePress does have a "you'll be happy or we'll give you your money back" guarantee that you can take advantage of. If you aren't happy with the quality of something, please let me know so that I can remove it from the store. By the same token, there are DOZENS of other products that I can add, including children's clothing, sweatshirts, clocks, posters, even dog sweaters. If you'd like something that I don't have listed, let me know; it costs me nothing but a few minutes of my time to add it for you.

I'm sure that by now you're wondering what's actually in the Rivetbangers Store. The initial product list is:

- Replica of the original rivetbangers.com t-shirt in both ash grey and white. There is also a white "Pocket Logo" shirt that has the front image only; nothing on the back (I think it costs a bit less).

- Women's "cap sleeve" t-shirt with the rivetbangers.com logo on the front (nothing on the back).
Image

- Women's "I bucked a rivetbanger" tank top. If there's enough of a demand for it, I'll make a men's shirt too.
Image

- Large mug (I can also make a smaller one as well as a travel cup if there's enough demand)
Image

- Silk-screened ball cap (NOTE: Spike is working on an embroidered version for those who want one; he just has to get around to ordering them from a different company.)
Image

- Tote bag or messenger bag

- Magnets, buttons and stickers

Cool!

Northeasterners, let's consolidate shipping charges. I will place an order (gotta get my hat) and you can pay me when the booty arrives.

Lemme know what you want in on the deal.

John, I am also looking at putting together a special order of embroidered hats for those not wanting a silk screened hat (which is in the store).

CJ,
if you are going to wait for the hat, I'll be placing an order tomorrow in the Rivet Banger Store.
If anyone in the RI/Eastern MA area wants to piggyback on my order just let me know by tomorrow morning, and I'll add it on .
