Signature Images

Post by Spike »

I have never really thought about this because up until now Ive never had to. Recently Chad & CJ have added images to their signatures which are fairly large in dimension.

One of the things that I have tried to keep with RB is a visually simple site, keeping things from being cluttered, like other sites we know and love.

I am going to coming up with some sort of site policy regarding images in signatures. Let me know what your thoughts are, yay, nay, yay with specifications, etc.

Please don't take this as picking on Chad & CJ as I am not. They have just unknowingly given me something to think about.

Not a problem either way for me! I would be more than happy to remove mine...it's just not an issue whatsoever, so either way. :) Until the policy is made, I will remove mine. 8)

I agree, Spike. Perhaps a policy that states unless the picture is of a product which directly offers us a group buy it cannot be displayed.

Ohhhhh, WAAAAH!

To be honest with you, I did think it was kinda large, but it was late when I did it and kinda just left it for the time being.

I was googling Hangar Number Five to see what was out there and it turns out there is this movie coming out next year!

Hmmmm, maybe it will be about RV's and builders!?!

If not, maybe we could make one?

Perhaps if it's just limited to a certain pixel size/dimension.
The original ones were a bit too large.

We already have Avatars, so Text signatures are fine for me, but whatever the group or Spike decide is fine with me.

LOL, I guess I could see where you might think that from my "I'm dog tired and worn out from a hell-day at work response"
