The cut panel came from SteinAir today!! Now the fun begins!

Very nice!

I can already see it in my minds eye!

I like the radio stack on the left in the 8. Keeping your right hand on the stick and being able to tune the radios with the left...

As soon as I get the rails mounted I'll mount the radios and displays to check fit and post a picture. This will also give me a solid dimension for behind the panel to decide where I have room for all of my little boxes.

I have to admit this wasn't my idea. I went around and around for about 2 months with layouts. I would print out full size with a wide format printer, tape the printout in the plane, sit in the plane and "try it out". One of Stein's guys, Christer had come up with this one and try as I might I couldn't find any thing wrong with it :)

Advanced flight AOA Pro. I had purchased it several years ago when I was doing the wings before Garmin made the G3X

Spent the day yesterday deburing and priming the the panel and working on the wiring diagram. Today i just couldn't wait to test fit the stuff.
