Looks cool but the total installed system price is going to be too high for me.

Looks like a one screen AHRS/MFD is going to end up around $14-15K. I have seen no mention of if and how these will integrate with the current TSO'd radios and gps's either (bet this might have a few more hidden cost involved).

Sounds to me like they will be targeting the price range of the GRT/AFS/BlueMt systems. If thats the case I might very well be in line for this.

What????? From everything I have read, the starting price for ONE screen, AHRS, Engine monitor and weather is $15,000! Two screens will run you closer to $18,000. (and you still probably only have a single AHRS!) Then add in a WAAS IFR certified GPS (if you plan to go that route) and now your stack is around $30k!

Obviously there are a lot of unknowns out there still. But from the preliminary chatter, I think this solution will cost 8k+ over whats out there already.

Sure, make me go back and re-read the press release. Yup, looks like you are right. I am still potentially interested in it though.

As soon as I clicked the link and saw "G", I was fairly certain it would be out of my price range. :(
