That trip looks like it was incredible, the place you stayed at is certainly better than anything I have seen in Mexico. The outdoor beds by the beach is something I have never seen before either, what a great way to relax close to the water. I like going to see some historic type sites, I find I can't just be at the beach the whole time, hope you enjoyed the side trips. Thanks for sharing the pictures Scott, it's been just over 20 years since I have been south of the US.

A lot has changed in 20 years. That far south in Mexico they are a lot more friendly than I was expecting. As long as you are polite and genuine they are warm and friendly people. I actually wanted to hang around the Mexicans more than that really obnoxious bunch from Tennessee. No offense to any Tennesseans on the board, but these folks were over the edge.

I'm hoping to fly the RV-7 down that way one day.

There is a small airport in town. Just perfect for an RV, and it's right on the beech. Well, give or take a couple blocks. Make for a great international getaway.
