Parts is Parts

Post by c182pilot »

I'm in the process of saving the $$$$ for the wing kit. Does anyone know if it possible to purchase a partial kit from Vans, or do you have to purchase the wing kit in it's entirety?

I've never heard of anyone doing that or of it being offered. Try calling the factory and seeing what they say.

I am gonna go out on a limb and say, no.

They talk about 25% deposits and "customer instigated delays". I would say that this is VanGrunsveneese for PAY ME NOW!

...besides, the parts list is complicated enough already. To split it up even more would add to the mess.
