Electronic temp control...

I am looking for a place to get the temp control knob like the on that the Jeep Liberty uses? I just finished building my airplane and would like to add an electronic cabin temp control knob similar to what is used in my Jeep, but am having trouble finding it.

I could look at the one in my car, but do not want to mess with pulling it out.

Any suggestions?

A Jeep catalog? Jegs, Summit, etc...that's where I would start when looking for car parts.

I'd be interested to see how you would get this work...too complex for me, but a neat idea...

You mean you want to select a temperature and have it maintain it?

I'm not sure just how that will work especially if your heater is not water cooled. How would you be able to regulate the airfrow from an exhaust heater, mainly on decent with the power reduced?
