Lycoming Service Bulletin 1303

Does anyone out there have a copy of SB 1303 and if you do could you give me the jist of it here? The S.B's. are a real pain in the a--.

This S.B. has to do with installing a solid rather than a split oil seal.

I dont have the text of it, though am trying to get it (I'm on a modem.) However, it does appear that it is superseded by SB 1324.
