This is exactly the way proseal is delivered from a Semco sealant gun. An array of interchangable tubes and nozzles are available that make much easier work of all your fillet and fay sealing needs. Check eBay, there are usually one or two of these sealant guns available at any given time.

Rick has hit the nail on the head
Van's sells the tubes of sealant, and I've borrowed the gun from a local FBO when I did my tanks. Just make sure you follow the mixing instruction properly or you wont have a proper mix when dispensing it.
I think the Semco guns are a good way to go, but there are a couple of things you need to consider. The tubes of sealant that Van's sells have a 1/2 hour work time as opposed to the 2 hour work time of the bulk sealant. This may not be enough time to complete the work. Also the 6 oz. tube only contains 3.5 oz. of sealant so this needs to be taken into account.
2 hour sealant is available in tubes from other sources. I suggest Sealpak in Wichita (316) 942-6211 (www.sealpakcoinc.com). They have all the variations of sealant in many package sizes. By the way their 6 oz. tubes contain 5.25 oz. of sealant. They are friendly and ship quickly.
