Relief cuts

What are you guys doing here? (as far as filing / deburring)

I was planning on filing it to where it is rounded and smooth, but was wondering if some are just getting rid of the sharp edges.

Made my first stab at the trim tab today ... accidentally dropped it on the concrete and bent the tip of the tab!! It may be salvageable, as it is one of the "inside" parts that gets bent over. We'll see ... if not, its cheap practice...

Hmm, I would just use a round file to knock the edges off of it. Get rid of the sharp corners and then clean it up a bit with with some sandpaper.

Here, I think less is truly more. Just radius the point and debur it.
