Using the Dremel to make the tip up skin cut(s)

After much anxiety and pondering how to do this, I was able to make the cuts in less time than it took me to document it here on RB!

I used the Dremel as a router and the skin holes and a scrap of sheet as a guide.

I clecoed the sheet to the skin:

...from the inside.

Then I used the router to have at it. The router bit is exactly 1/8" so there was very little filing to be done!

What little filing was done with a standard file, not a wimpy little jewelers file!

This was certainly the RIGHT tool for the job!!!

Try it on your project!!!

He says it was an HOUR of intensive filing!

The setup actually takes longer than the cut(s). It is incredibly easy!
