Deburring...the easy way!

Post by cjensen »

This has been done before, I'M SURE OF IT, but I came across this little guy at Lowes the other day, and it only spins at 180 rpm. So, I thought I'd give a whirl at deburring. The bit is just a standard 100 degree split point, and it works GREAT!!!

Just a light touch is all that's needed, and a quick one second or so squeeze turns the bit twice and voila! And, it only weighs like one pound!

That looks pretty sweet Chad. So far the best way I have found to debur is to invite my buddy Andy and his wife Christina (future -7 builders) over and let them go to town with my Avery deburring tool.
