After much anxiety and pondering how to do this, I was able to make the cuts in less time than it took me to document it here on RB!
I used the Dremel as a router and the skin holes and a scrap of sheet as a guide.
I clecoed the sheet to the skin:
...from the inside.
Then I used the router to have at it. The router bit is exactly 1/8" so there was very little filing to be done!
What little filing was done with a standard file, not a wimpy little jewelers file!
This was certainly the RIGHT tool for the job!!!
Try it on your project!!!
