Deburring Tool

Post by bmurrish »

I have been meaning to post this here for awhile. I have got to say this is one of my favorite tools. I hate deburring and this little sucker sure makes it easy. You pull it down the edge 3 or 4 times and it makes a nice rounded edge. I bought an angle die grinder with the roloc pads, but would much rather use this. It comes with 3 different attachments, but I like the v-shaped one in the picture the best. I got it from Cleaveland for $15.

I really must agree! It is truly the most used tool in the kit... and one of the least expensive to boot!

I usually start off with this tool and finish up with either a sanding block with black oxide paper on it or scotchbrite pads.

Good post, Bill!
