Finally finished the main choppin' and drillin' of the plexiglass today. Here is the window drilled to the fuse:

Next I spent AGES carefully trimming the windows forward edge to meet up nicely with the canopy. I got a nice 1/64 - 3/128's gap around the entire perimeter. I will make it larger once I get the canopy struts installed and see what it does to the alignment.

All I got left is some sanding, countersinking and hole enlargement.

Mike, that is cool. They say that everything changes when the struts are installed.
The struts push everything apart and I hear it is very frustrating!
