Thans Gary!
It has been quite a fun time testing the plane! I have seen as much as 239 knots groundspeed and 180 knots true. I have also seen 2 knots groundspeed on the low side.
What has simply blown me away is the autopilot. It has so many features I haven't been able to try them all!
I am about halfway through my test program now and stand a chance to do a fair amount of flying during the Christmas vacation.
These planes are simply incredible!
You are going to love it!

Thanks Mikey! I was going to upload this and a few other pictures but the gallery isn't working for me again.
I am looking forward to the flying!
This thing is quite a machine! The G3X autopilot is incredible!

Congrats on getting the 40 on. Now you have a whole big world to explore. We are many years away from that point. Captain John, did you have any big issues during the test period.

Thanks Steve!
I did have a heavy left wing and figuring out the autompilot was something to behold! It literally does EVERYTHING!
When I got up to about 35 hours, I felt confident that my plane was good for longer legs. Things are getting more predictable now.
You have quite a road ahead! Enjoy the trip!

CJ,
What did you do for your heavy wing? I have the same issue. Rigging is all set fine (far as I can tell). I played with adjusting flaps and ailerons but nothing seemed to fix it. Same issues with or without gear leg fairings, so that isn't it.
I ended up taping on a small wedge (for now) on the underside of the right aileron. I'm contemplating riveting on a small tab (1" X 6") in the center of the right aileron that I can bend and adjust further as needed before any painting. My former hangar partner's Cirrus has a similar trim tab.

Someone emailed me a pdf that came from Van. In the end, I squeezed the trailing edge of the aileron.
There are several things to check before you actually squeeze a trailing edge. Let me see if I can find the document in electronic version.
