making some Dynon D3 wedge mounts for someone.... this is UV resistant, medium continuous service temperature (180F, 80C), ASA material. when printing squares, the corners are pulled from two directions because of plastic shrinkage during cooling and that tends to lift the corners free of the print bed. I have been printing enough over the years to understand this. these are flat.

shipping more and more of these "Mini" baffle wire seals. if I was building today, I would use these because they are compact and have all the room needed to pass wires thru. I predict these will become a new standard. the bearhawk guys seem to like them.

some nice seat belt side supports, 90 degrees. I recommend 3M dual lock for these because a couple times when loading my big 28 lb camping bike, I snagged a seat belt and ripped one of these off at the dual lock. it's no problem, just pop it back on. they have never become detached in any other way. my seat belt side supports are the original installation and have been there four years. they are durable and have a locking feature when retracted for ease of loading big items to baggage area. having the seat belts in a known location gets the flight started on the right foot. no need to pull a seat belt out of your ass. just reach for it, no need to look. I may be picky, but to me, this is a big deal.

I have sold several 20 deg angled baffle wire seals. these are 30 deg angled, sold. it just goes to show that if you do something new and different, people will find a use for it. crank up the heat as these are capable! photo from yesterday's flight to destinations unknown.

note: I swapped the zero deg drill jig to be 30 deg prior to shipping...

annunciation light strip with check light switch. 1/4-inch diameter 6 DPDT momentary toggle switch. a different switch could be used, even a simple push button.

some elevator gust locks with ears for a metal web. I have switched to washer head .25-inch dia. screws and low-profile nuts to reduce weight and provide a better hand feel. these can accept the .25-inch cam pins that were added to this order. these parts are very strong.

from a structural point of view, it is better to restrain the rudder mid-span at the trailing edge. for any other restraining method, you will be fighting physics. physics will always eventually win, and the result will be rudder damage.
