kicking around a "between-the-legs" cup holder based on a sketch from a requester on this Sunday morning. Why... because everyone needs a cup holder. :)

this one is .875 inch thick when folded so it should be out of the way of the feet upon entry. however, I am stuck on this design with the extended latching mechanism. perhaps something will come to me over time. I also need to verify it will fit in that space.

cup holder with standard sports water bottle resting on the floor with foam and carpeting in my aircraft. I'll test the spring function. It is not optimal but is simple and may be fine. Otherwise, I will move on to another approach. Mounted with 3M Dual Lock or provision is there for mount screws. It was a fun project.

It could also be used as a coffee cup holder, but do you really want hot coffee between your legs? But, there is always that guy that says, YES. :)

more of these wire seals.... the 30-degree option is gaining some traction. it must be the smoother wire flow. the tightest wire seals you can find. crank up the heat as these are capable!

a busy printing week.... when you have a tight space at the baffle for spark plug leads, consider the mini wire seals. the Bearhawk guys like them. it must be getting close to Oshkosh because the gust lock printing is way up. the weather can become extremely exciting up that way when aircraft are gathered.

Warning.... do not purchase from these guys because they just copy my website product descriptions, multiply the price 3X, and send me the order to ship to you and pocket the difference. this is a rip-off attempt. they don't make anything. buy directly from the source for 1/3 the price.

finishing this headset bracket with arm that swings fore and aft by adding some optional mount holes. it is a very nice and robust part.

forward spar cover cup holder... between the legs. I need to think about the dust cover latch attachment further on this Sunday morning. feet will be passing over this latch, so the mechanism needs a dust cover. I am still not sure how well this will work. I'll press the print button next week to make one for a testing. this part will be a combination of plastic materials: ASA, PET, and PA-CF. it may appear weird.

first time to print a Comant antenna fairing is black color. they have always previously been white. it's always nice to do something new even though it is just a color change. 3D printing is boring unless you are making something new.
