Changing gears!

Today I unpacked the fuse, swapped the plans and put away all the little odds and ends for the fuse kit. I am pronouncing the wings DONE!
Aside from hammering on the lower wing skins which I plan on doing at down times with help from others, I am ready to proceed onto the fuse!
The shop is reconfigured to accomodate the fuse building area and wing storage. I also have room to park the JEEP and maintain the paint booth!
Once the fuse is done, things will begin to get tight!!! Mebbe moving things to the airport in one year would be good? Dunno just yet...
Time to change my signature now!!!

Sittin' here in Niagra Falls tonight (couldn't resist a slight detour).
I should be home tomorrow evening. What an awesome trip! Ken and my brother got stuck in Chicago last night, poor guys.
I really want to see your wings! What are your plans tomorrow? Call me sometime tomorrow. Maybe I can stop by on my way home.

Thanks All,
Last night I deburred the stainless steel firewall as a nice first step. The Dremel tool was the weapon of choice once again! Man, I love that thing!!!

CJ, congrats on your progress
Gotta ask you about the Dremel though. I don't have one and was thinking I should. Can I ask you to detail how and what you use it on?
Up till now I have been doing all deburring by hand with a c-sink bit. I use my band saw or snips for all my actual cutting. What will the Dremel do for me?

Has all the details on the Dremel bits. For doing the stainless firewall, I used the DRE 932 and some of the smaller ones just like it.
It is really the best thing since sliced bread!
