Well I got my tail kit several weeks ago, inventoried everything got ready to start and found a deep scratch in the rear spar.Image

Van's was terriffic and immediately sent me a replacement but it took a week so my wife convinced me to build her the kitchen cabinet that I kept putting off.
In between i fell water skiing and tore my hamstring, very very painful.

Now the cabinet is almost doneImage,
i have the replacement spar, next week is MY week!!

Heh, nice woodworking (my shop started with mostly woodworking tools). I can't agree more with the above, do work like that on your plane, and wow!
