It's nearly been a year since my airplane earned its Airworthiness certificate, so that can only mean time for my first annual.

I have never performed a compression test on my cylinders. Can anyone recommend a decent tester? I found this list from ACS:

Thanks!

Mike,
I do not think the price you pay is so important as the real issue is making a determination of the pressure differentiation between what is going in and what is coming out. Of course one would want to know as accurate as possible to the actual input pressure.

I have the E2A... And I am very happy with it. Actually I have 2 of them. Really high quality, and come with a fresh calibration when you buy them. Make sure you get the one with the right orifice size for your engine. For lycoming engines 320ci displacement or greater you want the one with the .060 orifice
