Site outage ...

Obviously we had a site outage yesterday morning at approx 9:04 AM EST that lasted about 25 hours. The good news is that we are back up and running and have suffered zero data loss as far as we can tell. YAY 
When the site went down we knew it immediately but it took so long to get back up due to the service provider. With that said Patti and I are considering moving the site to a different colocation provider and enacting a major hardware upgrade while we are at it (to hopefully include RAID, etc.)
I hope that some of you at least missed us
Take the time if you would to answer the survey question to help us figure out how much hardware/services upgrades are warranted.
