my doctor signed my basicmed form last week. my drivers license is the vision limitation. I was able to pass the drivers license eye exam without glasses this June. In February I visited an AME and received a 3rd class medical but did not pass the eye exam unless I used my corrective lenses. so, now I have both a 3rd class medical (corrective lenses req) and BasicMed (no corrective lenses req). which is the governing license for corrective lenses?
