I recently tuned up my wife's Trek bike: replaced the tires, replaced all cables, cleaned the trigger shifters, new brake pads, added a new seat, townie handlebars, grips, and a kickstand. I also swapped out the drop bars on my old 12-speed Schwinn for townie handlebars and new brake levers. These changes make both bikes more comfortable to ride since we’re no longer focused on speed. The tire size difference between my Schwinn and Zizzo is striking.
