I installed 10/32 nut plates on fuel tank access cover instead of 8/32. I had to drill out all nut plates and install the right ones or open up the holes to a # 11 drill.
I chose to drill out all nut plates and installed the correct ones. I was tired and the 8 at the end of the part # looked like a 3 late at night.
Next time I will pay more attention to the drawing.
keep on building

I am with you on that boat. I installed those nutplates only to realize later that I never enlarged the screw holes. DOH.
Its not so bad when mistakes like these are more of an annoyance than anything. I have to force myself to use it as a sign to slow down and turn the brain back on.
Thanx for sharing.

Thanks Chad & Spike,
I could have opened up the holes but thought I may be needing the 10/32 nut plates for something else. I just had to be patient and drill all those nut plates out.
I thought about putting tank sealant over the doubler but I figured that the cover plate should seal every thing OK.
Thanks for the support,
Mike
