Lightspeed - Wow!

Post by aparchment »

I own one of the Lightspeed ANR headsets. I just sent it in for them to replace the audio jack. They told me they would do that for free and asked me if I would like to have them refurbish the headset and upgrade it to a cell phone interface. Although it's no longer my primary headset, I asked them to do the upgrade. It was only $75 for the refurbishing and upgrade.

Lightspeed received the headset yesterday. They shipped it out today! From their note it looks like they completely overhauled the set.

What great service! I am going to have to put my Bose aside for a while and enjoy the "new" Lightspeeds.

LS is awesome!

They have treated me very well through the years too.

This ANR set I have now has never needed anything. It is almost new at only 2 years old, though.

I have a pair of the 30G and Patti has a pair of the 20G, and we love them. They are definately great products.

I love my lightspeeds. They are the most comfortable headsets I've worn.

I'm thinking of checking out some of the in-line powered headsets at OSH this year.
