Pig formable funnel

Post by cjensen »

I did my second oil change today at 25 hours, and I have to say that I am REALLY digging a little thing from the company called Pig...it's a shapable/formable funnel-

It has a rubberized coating with a sheet of lead inside of it that can be formed in almost any way to get oil cleanly away from the FWF area. It ain't all that cheap at about $35 for the one I have (5" wide I think), but it's WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!

looks pretty neat.

I was thinking about using a piece of Al channel or rain gutter,...and at $35 I might still try something else.

We used to use aluminum channel at work...until these things came out. They all love the formable funnel now. I had to have one after I borrowed one from the shop for my first oil change.
