slider canopy for RV12

Looking at used 12s and all i see are pop ups... does anyone use a slider?? seems nicer in the summer to open while taxing... thanks

Would a 6 Slider fit with non structural modifications to the the Fuselage? Maybe some foam and fiberglass....

I doubt it would be an easy retrofit. The tip up has plenty of ventilation on the ramp with the canopy latch resting on the roll structure, at least it is on my RV-9A.
