			Hey All,
In case you didn't make it to last years beer tasting. Mikey did a great job!
I brought some Heady Toppers from Vermont. They went fast!
What do you say we do it again?
Who is in?

			CJ,
The Sunday beer tasting is definitely happening again this year on Sunday. It was too much of a success to be one and done!
Thanks for your help volunteering last year. It was all the volunteers that made it happen. I just had the silly idea RV'ers might like craft beer

I was thinking just this week about what to brew up for the (now) annual OSH beer tasting, since my Chocolate Bock was a hit last year.

What relatively crowd pleasing style should I look at, or what brew should I try to clone?

I'd certainly need a crowd of critics to judge it sometime, prior to OSH . . .

			My vote is IPA...
The crowd seemed to suck those up first.

We'll be there too with some other good local brews! And now that my medical is all squared away, I might be able to make the Bungalow as well...just not in an RV

Of course CJ would say that. Do you even remember that last IPA you had a Mitchapalooza?

My vote is for a strong Belgian style Saison/Farmhouse Ale. I'm sure we'll be overwhealmed with everyone bringing IPA's (AKA "If you add enough hops, it will taste good!" style).

Hey, this sounds right up my alley. Wasn't there for last year's event, but if there is an extra spot this year... Details? I can bring something good from Seattle.

If you have to add fruit, or flavor, it's not beer. Just sayin'.

Lars, I like the way you think!
We are planning on Sunday afternoon around 4 PM in the Homebuilt Camping section under the tent. We did it last year and it was a huge success!
I will be there getting the ice ready early, so stop by and say hello!
Welcome to RB!

That is never going away is it...???
I am happy to report that my tastes have changed over the years, and now the darker the better!

I did try a blueberry brew from Fox River Brewing (Oshkosh) a couple nights ago, but that was the first one in 5 years...and I didn't care for it, dumped it out actually (after giving it an ok rating on Untappd for those of you that may have seen that)

You mean like coffee/chocolate stouts?
I have been pounding them on a semi regular basis. I still like The Belgian style Tripel beers. Another favorite is the bourbon barrel aged strong ales such as Allagash Curieaux and Founders Backwood Bastard.
Tommy Guido on Untappd.
