cut a few more and drug them across 220 grit sandpaper. they look good but it made me think, is there a better method. so, I designed a fixture to test for fine sanding. fun stuff!

the new fixture is yet to be tested. needs a motor attachment.

a couple of fine sanding fixtures with different angles produced good results. even on this rough surface, the syringe had good air spring back indicating a very good seal. I am finally happy with these. required 4 fixtures to do this well. a fun project!
