After stopping at KPVW for fuel, during takeoff, one blade from the aircraft's three-blade propeller separated from the propeller hub causing a severe out-of-balance condition. The aircraft made an emergency landing approximately 1.9 miles from the departure end of Runway 22. No injuries were noted & the extent of damage is unknown.
