well, be sure to tie the aircraft down so that it can withstand 100 mph winds for a short duration. thunderstorms are typically short duration.

Four aircraft damaged in Minnesota thunderstorm. Winds gusting to 92 mph. I am headed that way and I will inspect and probably renew my tie down ropes as the airport where I am going does not supply them. at some airports, I would not trust the provided tie down ropes. I like Jabara's approach in Wichita as they only use chains.
