RV6A - ASN Report - C-FYFD

well, the surface may have been soft with some puddles and hidden holes. the nose wheel eventually gave up. a weird photo....

The aircraft was taking off from an area outside the airport when it hit a puddle and hole in the surface. The aircraft would continue to bounce after the occurrence before the aircraft tipped 180 and collided with the ground. The 2 occupants were uninjured.
