Moving On

Post by Ron »

We came home from Florida on the 14th & picked up our quick build wings & fuse on the 15th. What timing! Just what I needed after sun & fun! The Weather couldnt have been better. I even managed to get some aerobatics in the 2001 adventure 160 hp, and a flight in the RV-7. Life is good!!

We picked the kit up with a 16 foot trailer and luckily we were able to take the ramps off easily or it may not have fit. Two large boxes & 1800 lighter, we were on our way. The workmanship is great & we have been working the wings since. I ordered wingtip landing lights & strobe/nav from creativair they are of the led sort. I liked the Idea of the landing light in the tips instead of the wing. Has anyone had any experience with this system?

It seems that things go in "generations" if you will.

THIS generation of RV's are leaning towards LED wingtip lights by CreativAir.

The LAST gen was Duckworks.

Seems fewer peeps wanna make big holes in their skins?
