Post by Brantel »

After almost 10 years since starting the project...

about 3 years and 9 months of contiguous work nights and weekends, N159SB's inspection is sceduled for 10AM on 3/13/2010!!!!!
The emp is green because I had to primer it since it took me 10 years to get around to needing it....

Congrats on getting it all together. I hope the inspections is thorough, but goes well, and I wish you a safe and Grin-ful first flight.

That is awesome! I want to hear all about the inspection, and any other tips you might have. I am not far behind, I think.

This is great new Brian, the sense of accomplishment must feel incredible, only to be topped by that first flight.

Thanks Joe, Sorry some of the pics are gone....
Brantel wrote:Sorry for those that may try and look at the history in this thread but "AllYouCanUpload" dot com has been removed from the web....Webshots took down that older pic hosting site and basically left millions and millions of broken links scattered all over the Internet...

Not a cool thing to do since they said the pics would always be available :x

Not setting any firm dates but next Saturday is looking good weather wise and allows me a few days to get all the inspection panels, floor pans ext. back in and screwed. I would also like to get an hour of TO&L's in my instructor friend's RV7 before the big one.

I also want my insurance papers in my hands....I have bound coverage over the phone but I would feel better if I had the actual documents!!!!
