Finally got to a point where I could safely say I'm ready to paint the panel tonight. I used the hammered silver that several have used on interior parts...it came down to tan or hammered silver, and the silver won out because I was afraid tan would be too much with the rest of the interior.
I REALLY like this color and finish!

The hammered finish on your panel sold me on using it! The color was a struggle tho...
