cowl to spinner fit

Getting ready for the cowl install and have a couple Q's.

I'm using Lord mounts, and am wondering: How much sag should I plan for?

Here I have the cowl set with .250" gap and .063" low of the spinner.

That's right about where I set mine Brian...I have Lord's as well.

I can see now I need rivet the side hinges and firewall, so I can fi the lower cowl. I have cleco interference.
