sealing rear window

Post by hydroguy2 »

I'm in the process of installing the rear window and planned on using some sealant.

But trying to figure out how to do it without making a big mess, since the rear edge gets kinda tight in the middle. Then what to do for the front lip sitting on the rollbar.

Thanks Brian, I thought I remember you doing that, but I couldn't figure out how to search for it.

I'm thinking of the doing the same, except using an 3M product for plexi sealing.

I am planning on using Sikaflex. It is structural as well as a sealant.

I suppose virtually anything will do from simple silicone to Proseal to Sikaflex.
