Has anybody installed - or is planning on installing - map lights somewhere in your RV-7/9?
If you have, where did you put them? Is there anything you'd do differently?
If you're planning on doing it, what locations are you considering?

I put a strip of white LED's along the underside of the glare shield.
I also have a small blue LED lamp positioned on the back of the controls subpanel between the mixture and throttle controls. You can sort of see it under the Hobbs meter in this picture. It is a small plastic housing that has 4 LED's spread out in a fan pattern. It is just held on with double sided foam tape. It is more of a footwell light so you can see the fuel selector and anything else down by your feet.
The two dimmers are shown above that control the LED's on the 2 different circuits.

I found a better picture of the light I put on the back of the throttle/mixture subpanel.
I've got too many pictures on my website!

Great pics, Bruce! I like the LED light strip under the canopy - whose LED dimmers are you using?
