Anyone interested in sharing transportation from OR of QB?

Post by Guest »

Hi folks:

I am working on my RV7A empennage and planning the purchase and delivery of the next set of components.

I would like to do either a quickbuild fuse or set of wings (haven't decided yet). Is anyone on the east coast (Northern VA to ME) or Mid Atlantic ready to order their quickbuild components, and if so are you interested in sharing the transportation costs back from Oregon? I was thinking of flying out commercially, obtaining a trailer (renting or buying) and driving back from Oregon with my quickbuild components.

Please let me know if you might be interested.

ANTONY!!!

Good to see you here!

I wish I could help you out, but I have all the SB stuff I can handle right now.

Spike, you could use a QB to put your project on steroids!

John:

I have got to stop down and see your plane soon! I will be flying past you the Saturday after Thanksgiving to take my kid sister back to college in PA. Do you have time for a late afternoon visit?

I just finished a priming session and thought I would check to see if I had any interested parties on cost sharing.

Ken and I flew his -7 up to Sugarloaf then Mount Washington this weekend. It's amazing how fast these little suckers cover ground! 200+ mph going up thanks to a little tailwind. but still over 170 mph coming home.
