Anyone know why these need to be installed with K1000-06 and truss head screws instead of c-sunk K1100-06 and AN507-6R6?

The little inspection cover plates that go under the emp. and screw onto the two F-824PP side skins.

Well, my prepunched fuse calls out K1100-06 nutplates and AN507-6r6 screws there.

I can't imagine using truss heads there, someone must have been hitting the pipe before coming to work to draw those plans on yours. :?

Cheers,
Guy

It's a bad pic. but you can still make out the P/N's.

I'll have some of what they're smokin.

I don't see a problem with using the k1100-6 and AN507-6R6's. I used the counter sunk screws and they work great.
