It looks like the extended fuel tank bungs from SAFE AIR are the same part as the FUEL DRAIN FLANGE. I don't know for sure but if it is the same I could compare prices with VANS and install the Fuel tank bung on the O/B rib.
I notice that the bung kit offered by SAFE AIR has a different thread for the RV-6 and RV-8.
Any buddy installed one of these for the possibility of adding an extra 9 gal. of fuel in the future.
Just thought it would be a good Idea to do it now while building my tanks.
