Free RV-10 Wing Stand - KDLZ

Post by leffler »

I will have a RV-10 wing stand available in a couple weeks.

It's free, but you must pick it up a KDLZ (central Ohio).

Thanks! My next update will probably be Feb 2nd. That's when I'm planning on mounting the wings. Everything is painted,so all that is left is final assembly. I even scheduled a date with FSDO to keep me motivated on days like today when it's singles digits outside.

Tell me about it! It is soooooo freekin' ccccold out there I don't want to lift the temps in the garage 40 heating degrees unless I am going to DO SOMETHING GOOD!

Tonight I just cleaned, organized and prepped and I KNOW it cost me some propane to do that! It would have cost me much more if I had an A&P doing it, though!

Keep the pictures coming. Looking good!

With temps forecasted to be back in the upper 30's anf 40's next week, I'm hopeful this is the last of the really cold weather for us. By the time I get the hangar up to temp, it's time to go home during the week.

It took awhile, but I'm finally getting a little smarter at this building stuff. Athough that may be stimulated by having my toes hanging out this orthopedic boot with only a sock to protect me from the cold. Fortunately, I only have a week or so left of this boot.

I decided that I was going to bring home as much as I can to work this week. I applied fabric on one the headliner panels last night. Tonight I'm finishing the wiring of all the headset and music jacks in the arm rest. Tomorrow and Friday I'm repainting some panel inserts in the basement. (My wife doesn't know that yet  )

Anything to keep productive and out of the cold. :)

Cold?

What is this "cold" you speak of? It's 82 degrees here.

Paulie, Where is "here"?

(Just so I can be envious of your non-existent heating bills!)
