Sniffle valve.... yes or no?

Post by hydroguy2 »

Anyone else not put a sniffle valve on a IO-360 with AFP injection on a Superior Sump?

Do I or not?

Nope. After talking to Don at Airflow, I chose to follow his procedure for shutdown. IF you use the purge valve to always shutdown, there is almost no chance of fuel pooling in the intake.

101.6hrs and no backfires or kickbacks.
