Trutrak Gemini Users?

Just checking to see if others have experienced any problems with the Trutrak Gemini??
Mine is back to Trutrak for the second time...

None yet, what problems are you experiencing?

There has been two major software updates. Perhaps the bugs that these updates fixed are what you are experiencing? If not, please share.

I was able to get mine upgraded at OSH last summer, then I purchased a TS-83 so I could do my own software upgrades which out having to send the unit back.

Hi Bob,
I received the Gemini direct from Trutrak in January (should have had the latest software) the screen locked up on the very first flight.
Returned it to Trutrak and they said that they replaced the motherboard and returned it to me.
Re-installed it and again the screen locked up on the first flight again.
Flew it one more time and it locked up again.

It has been back at Trutrak for 2 weeks and they tell me they have experienced a couple of units with the same problem. They are still looking into a possible software issue.

Iâ€™m being patient and hope they can get it sorted out, as I do like the product... when it works

Rich, that has got to be frustrating. Brian (Brantel) is pretty good at this sort of thing. Maybe he will chime in!?!

It looks like a great unit!
