1 PM and 5 PM before dinner. OMAD lowers blood pressure. Cutting salt doesn't lower blood pressure much because blood salt is controlled by the kidney and that is driven by insulin.

This is my final post on the topic of blood pressure, as I think you’ve all gotten the idea by now. I’ve found that practicing OMAD (One-Meal-A-Day) combined with regular exercise has been a powerful tool for managing my health and keeping my blood pressure in check. It’s currently 7:00 PM following a large carb-heavy dinner, and I’m feeling great and getting ready for a big ride tomorrow.
I stopped taking my statin medication over a year ago because the side effects, including joint and tendon pain, were significantly hindering my recovery time after physical activity. Beyond these musculoskeletal issues, I am also concerned about the potential long-term impact of statins on major organ health. I have found that managing blood pressure and cholesterol through natural methods has been a much more effective and sustainable approach for my overall well-being.
