Yep, that's right, in training for next year. We went out to see Karla's Uncle in Cleveland and decided to go by way of the UP as neither of us had ever been there before.

I mentioned the Black Otter and that sealed the deal. Karla had heard Luke and I talk about it and wanted to try it out for herself. We had ribs and have decided they are the best we've had.

We stopped by the EAA museum in Osh and looked around earlier in the day until they started to close and kicked us out. I think Karla would still be there looking at the WWII stuff if they hadn't made her leave.

I gave Will a call to see if they could join us but we didn't manage to get together this time around. Will tells me we stayed in Painless' backyard though. I didn't realize that until talking with Will late that evening.

One more image of us on the lake shore. It is pretty nice up there.

Yes Will, we tried the Pasties with gravy on the North end of the bridge and then stopped and bought some fudge on the South end. While we didn't fly, it was still a good trip. It was good to get away for a few days.

As Will probably told you, You did go right by where I live. Where did you stay? Next time you come through these parts, give me a call. Heck, you could even stay at Chez Painless. Plenty of room for you.

Hope you enjoyed Da Yup, eh!
