I missed posting this yesterday (at the hangar from 930am til 830pm), but 7/5/09 was my four year anniversary on the project...
Happy Anniversary N755CB!!
So what was accomplished to mark the date? The cowl is self supported!
Still a LONG way to go with the cowl, but it was a good way to end the day, and good anniversary shot!

Good stuff Chad!
Can't wait until I'm there, but at my current pace, it'll be a loooong time

Almost there Chad! Once the canopy is on and the cowling is mounted it's all downhill. Keep up the good work!

Looks great chad! Have fun with the cowl. It looks great, but what a PITA. And you haven't even got to the FAB and the plenum.

No kidding...don't remind me. I've already made the FAB, but haven't fit it yet...and I'm not looking forward to the plenum at all!

You are making good forward progress Chad, it won't be long. Seeing it look so much more like a plane must be motivational.

Chad,
Looks great! I still think you should let me keep that propeller on my airplane until you are ready to fly!
My airplane gave its first Young Eagle Ride today! It was a good day in the air!

I'll chime in, too, Chad. Nice. VERY nice! Can't wait to be that far along myself.
